Teng Tools Tarmac Series Hillclimb Date Change.

Due to a change in application lead times by the road controlling authority we have been forced to change our date for the Sainsbury Road Hillclimb to;
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 9, 2008
This is the final round of the Teng Tools Tarmac Series, and is highly anticipated by most of the series competitors. Fiat Club Waikato have been running this hillclimb for many years and we were certainly surprised to have not been told of the changed requirements. However, the world is a changing place and we will fit in this year and just get onto it earlier again next year.
We expect a close to capacity (60 entries) field for this short but challenging hill. It has caught a few out over the years, and is no respecter of vehicle cost or type, with everything from a nimble Holden Barina to an ex NZ Touring Car Championship winning M3 BMW having succumbed to its last corner bump!
Normal entries close on Friday 31 October at 5:00pm, with late entries attracting a $20.00 penalty up until 9:00am on Sunday 9 November. I will add regulations (to remind people of the requirements) and an entry form shortly. Remember to add us as an RSS feed to get instant updates.
